Policy on refund and cancellation of orders received and sales of our software products and services made on payment gateway are as under:-
- Netfunda Technologies reserves the rights to refuse/cancel the order regarding purchase of our software products or services.
- If Netfunda Technologies cancel the order of sale/ purchase of our software products or services, customer will be offered a refund.
- If customer cancels the order of purchase after payment has been made then no refund is granted to them.
- Refund will not be allowed in case of any dissatisfaction of services while changes have been made which is previously not mentioned in requirements.
- Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
- In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide further improvements according to their requirement. The chances of refunds will be nil in case of software product has been delivered and installed by customers.
